Course Description

At some point every professional faces the delegation dilemma. On one hand, we know we should delegate more in order to operate at our highest and best use. On the other hand, delegation can take time that
we don’t have—because we need to delegate. This course offers specific strategies, tips, pitfalls and tools which will enable participants to more effectively transition work and model behaviors in order to foster delegation among others.

She is a co-author of “Bridging the Gap: Strengthening the Connection between Current and Emerging Leaders in the CPA Profession”.

Carrie is Vice-President of the CPA Consultants’ Alliance (CPACA), a working group of thought leaders within the CPA profession. She is also the current Treasurer of the National Association of Accounting Marketing’s (AAM's) Board of Directors, past Chair of AAM’s Education Committee and a member of The CPA Consultants’ Trust.
